This southern portion of the Landes department is particularly popular thanks to its proximity to the nearby Basque coast.
“Clients are drawn by the environment, the calm and the open space. It continues to draw buyers with smaller budgets than those on the Basque coast where prices are often significantly higher” explains Julien Moser.
